Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard refunds

If you have not yet been issued a certificate, you may request a full refund of a course purchase within 30 days of enrollment by contacting us. Once a certificate has issued for completed CLE credit, that purchase is non-refundable, because the credit has been earned and may be reportable.

Duplicate purchases & technical failure

If you were charged twice for the same course, or a technical failure on our side prevented you from completing a course you paid for, we will refund or restore access promptly at no cost to you.

Accreditation status

Paid enrollment opens only while a course’s New Jersey approval window is active. Free previews offered before approval do not carry CLE credit and do not silently convert later; return and complete the approved program during its approval window.

Accreditation changes

If a course loses accreditation before you complete it, we will notify you and offer a refund or a substitute course. A certificate already issued while the course was approved remains valid for the period it was approved.

Financial hardship

Fee waivers are available under our Financial Hardship Policy; a hardship award is handled through that process rather than as a refund.

Effect on access & records

A refund ends your access to the course. If a certificate had been issued and is then refunded or reversed, we will review and, where required, correct the completion record and any related bar report. Chargebacks are handled the same way and may require a compliance review before access or credit is restored.

Organization seat packs

Group purchases follow the written invoice or order terms agreed with the purchaser. Voiding or refunding unused seats stops new redemptions. Any effect on seats already redeemed must be handled expressly and will not silently delete an attorney’s enrollment, certificate status, or retained compliance evidence.
