Accessibility Statement

Minimum Competence CLE is committed to making its continuing legal education accessible to all attorneys, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and a target conformance of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Because our courses are professional credentialing education, accessibility is a core requirement, not an afterthought.

What we provide

• Captions on every published course video, plus an enrolled-learner downloadable plain-text transcript.
• The Reader’s Cut — a synchronized, readable text version of each program you can follow alongside (or instead of) the video, as a text alternative.
• A keyboard- and screen-reader-operable player, participation prompts, and study tools, with a skip-to-content link, visible focus states, and labeled dialogs.
• Text alternatives for meaningful on-screen visuals, and support for text resizing, zoom, and reduced motion.
• An accessible response path for participation checks that never weakens completion verification.

Requesting an accommodation

If you need an accommodation to take a course — including an alternative format, extended access, or assistance with the participation checks — contact andrew@leahey.org and we will work with you promptly. Requesting an accommodation will never affect your ability to earn credit.

Known limitations & feedback

We are actively improving accessibility and working toward fully tagged PDF course materials. Reader’s Cut and the downloadable transcript provide an accessible text alternative to the spoken program; if a separate practice pack or written-materials PDF is a barrier, request an alternative format and we will provide one promptly. If you encounter any barrier, email us the page or course and a description at andrew@leahey.org — we will respond and remediate.
